I see that Loton Park has had some winter upgrades and that Shelsley Walsh has been resurfaced. Could anyone that has been to either since the changes comment on how the new work has changed/improved things? I will be at both in the next few weeks, so keen to avoid any surprises!
Is the new surface at Shelsley Walsh very slippery?

From what I saw last weekend it is extremely dicey when wet. But I am sure it will improve in time.
Remember when the first ess was like ice all year round, might be a bit like that until it is rubbered in, with the lack of tress now able to get some heat into it
